Inspecting the JD 6600 Combine

DH & I puchased a combine in October 2004. DS was 10. He was 10. He did that crooked finger waving..."Come Here Mom!". I caught it on camera!

I love this page. It was inspired by Sally's Sketch SBSC178 and Jennipher's Inspiration Challenge IFC39 to mix patterned paper from different vendors. I'm using a plaid with a floral. Plaid is from SU! Prestwick and floral is a K & Company Girl Scout print. Same papers from yesterday's layout, but with a different emphasis.

A 52sketches52weeks DT member provided a tutorial on ribbon pleating. I had to try this with staples. You'll have to hit the stapler H A R D. Make sure your fingers are out of the way!

But boy, ain't it purty!

Here's today's page and yesterday's page together.

SUPPLIES:
Paper - SU! Textured Night of Navy, SU! Prestwick, K & Company Girl Scout line, PTI white
Accessories - SU! Button Latte, SU! Chocolate Chip Corduroy Buttons, miscellaneous SU! buttons, glue dots, ruler, white gel pen, sticky strip, Comic Sans MS font, stapler, May Arts navy 1/2" grosgrain ribbon
